Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group Acquires Springtime

April 28, 2014

Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group acquires Springtime, creating Sweden’s largest communications group. The group consists of three communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital, and Springtime, consolidating some of the country’s foremost communications consultants.

“By strengthening the group we can better meet the complex challenges our current and prospective clients face,”

— Martin Petersson, CEO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group

The transaction follows the repurchase of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson from its previous American owners by executives and founders of the company.

With three complementary brands, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital and Springtime, each agency is primed to excel within its respective area. At the same time, collective skills development and collaboration between the agencies can offer clients more advanced solutions for complex challenges that require broader areas of expertise.

“Our long-term goal of attracting, maintaining and developing the best talent is facilitated by a larger group with more career paths and offering stimulating assignments from the most ambitious and demanding clients”

— Cecilia Gannedahl, VD Springtime

“Springtime is one of the industry’s strongest brands with impressive competencies and client base. We will continue to develop Springtime towards being Sweden’s leading advisor within corporate communication, specializing in internal and change communication, public affairs and market communication – areas where they are already very strong”

— Martin Petersson, CEO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group
